Marinette POV

I explained everything to Adrien.

"Thanks for not letting her slap me" Adrien chuckled

"No problem"

"Mm?" Adrien said while looking at his phone

"What?" I said as he looked confused.

"Its a text from the school saying the rest of the day is cancelled due to a ... Gas leak" Adrien said reading the text.

"Mmm let me check my phone" i reached for my phone and saw a message saying the same thing i then looked at the school website to check this wasn't a prank and it said school closed

"Yeah says it on the website as well"

"That means we have a extra 3 hours" Adrien said as the waiter (aka my mom) came up

"Do you want anything else complete strangers" my mom said

"Can i have my signature smoothie?" I said to my mom

"That's not on the menu and plus shouldn't you two be heading to school" my mom asked

Marinette had half a croissant in her mouth so was unable to talk but i couldn't stop laughing "the ... School closed" i said in between laughs but still seemed not to understand me "just ... Look" i handed her my phone to show her

"Do you know what that means"

"Wha?" I said with my mouth still stuffed

"You can make your own signature smoothie"

I finished the rest of my croissant and said "fine you coming adrien"

"Sure" Adrien said following me to the kitchen

"Right we need every single fruit in this house and vanilla ice cream"

1 hour later

"Now that was a good smoothie" Adrien said as we lent on opposite sides of the kitchen counter

"Told ya"

"Excited for tomorrow" Adrien said

"Huh? Whats tomorrow"

"Fencing tryouts"

"What!? I thought it was next week" i said

"Hahaha nope tomorrow" Adrien said sipping his smoothie "I got to go photoshoot ill pick you up for fencing tomorrow so your not late okay?

"Yeah thanks adrien i really enjoyed today"

"Me to bye see you tomorrow"

I ran up to my and started practising for tomorrow i really wanted to get on the team not just because of Adrien but because i loved sports.

The next morning

I woke up expecting me to have 5 minutes to get ready but i had two hours it was only 8 and practice was at 10. i got ready and since i still had a hour i decided to put on some music
