Megan's POV

"Danny boy you better watch your words from now onwards, I have a boyfriend now." I warned Dan who had just said some corny ass line for the tenth time in one hour.

Dan, oh Dan. He was just like any other of my friends but he took it to a next step by flirting with me all the time. Now I know it was my idea to flirt with guys around but I didn't want to flirt with Dan. He just wasn't my type.

I had already seen how it bothered Nathan and he already thought half of my guy friends were in love with me. Last time we had that conversation, I distracted him from it. He had to understand that this was who I was and I wouldn't change it.

I had to talk to him. Ugh talking. But it was important to talk to him.

"So that means we aren't friends anymore?" he asked, faking a hurt by putting one hand on his heart.

I smiled and sat up from my chair and started walking out of the class, Dan behind me a few steps. "No, that means you don't openly flirt with me." I pointed on which he rolled his eyes.

"So Nathan huh. Star boy with star girl." He laughed.

I hit him on his chest. "I am no star girl and I don't think any guy will like being called 'star boy'" I giggled.

"What's so funny?" someone asked from a far of distance.

And there he was standing, actually, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed in front of his chest. I resisted my urge to say 'how dramatic' of him for standing there in that position. He had that smile on his face. It was fake, but it was a smile; One of the reasons why I was dating him.

And just like how they show in movies he came over walking all smug. He was looking really hot, just walking.

Wow. Control there Megan.

And of course he wrapped one arm protectively over my waist pulling me closer to him, claiming me. I rolled my eyes; Boys, boys, boys.

"Hey man. I am Dan." Dan said coolly, raising his hand to shake. Thankfully, Nathan shook his hand and didn't leave him hanging.

"Nathan." He said, tight lipped. He wasn't happy, I could sense it. He was tensed, his body was stiff.

We had to have 'the talk' soon.

"Umm, I'll see you Megs." Dan smiled, waving me goodbye and leaving me with a very, very pissed Nathan.

"Megs? He has a nickname for you." He blurted the second Dan was out of sight. A make out session or any distraction wouldn't do any good now, I knew that. He was hanging by a thin thread.

"Can I get a protein shake first?" I asked innocently, grabbing his t shirt in my hands and pulling him towards me, pouting like a child.

"Don't you dare pull that face on me right now." He warned pointing a finger at me but he didn't move away which made me smile.

And that seemed to have some kind of effect on him because he grasped my chin and brought my lips right in front of his before leaning and closing the distance. And the second his lips were on mine, all worries, all future talks were forgotten. My body responded immediately as sparks resonated within my body.

"I missed you." He groaned, pulling away and resting his forehead against mine. I blushed; there was just something about a guy saying 'I missed you' that made me go crazy. I had seen it in many movies but experiencing it for the first time was magical.

"I didn't" I teased, biting my lip. He laughed a throaty laugh and kissed me on the cheek before pulling away.

"What were you guys laughing about?" he clipped in a serious tone.
