"Mommy, daddy, do I have to go to school?" A little girl about 3 years old with long brown hair that went to her waist with bangs that hung to her eyes wearing a bright pink dress asked her brown eyes shining brightly.
"Anna, you have to go to pre-school." Her mother who sat in a wheelchair with long blond hair told her child solemnly her bright blue eyes shining in the sun.
"But-"
"No buts!"
The girl laid on a old creaky bed her hair put in pigtails. She shifted laying on her back staring at the ceiling her blue nightgown illuminating in the lights. She wouldn't be able to go to her favorite place, her nana's house. The only hope in her eyes were that she wouldn't be at the woeful place she called her home.
