Luna hummed a tune as she stepped into her house, Nathan behind her "Nathan? Luna? Is that you" a voice called out from the kitchen, soft music playing in the background.

"Yeah, we just got back" Nathan responded, shutting the door while Luna dropped her bag on the couch then walked in the kitchen

"Hey Aunt T" Luna chirped, crossing her arms and leaning against the counter

Tessa lifted her head and sent Luna a warm smile "hi Hun, how was school today" she asked, chopping the vegetables and putting them in the bowl

"It was good! I met some new people today 3 girls and 3 boys, they're really nice" Luna gushed causing Tessa to place down the knife and give her a teasing grin

"Hmm and I'm assuming by how your blushing, you have a crush on one of them " Tessa teased

Luna gaped "I do not!" Honestly Luna herself wasn't sure if she did, she didn't know why her heart fluttered whenever she was near them, she didn't know why whenever they were gone she suddenly felt empty

Tessa shot her an amused look and shrugged "tell me about them, are they cute?" Tessa picked the knife back up and continued chopping up the vegetables

Blushing Luna nodded "Yeah, they're all really pale with golden eyes and I don't know they're all like inhumanly beautiful" Luna described biting into an Apple

Tessa furrowed her brows "golden eyes? Are you sure?"

Luna nodded "yep, I think they're unique though" she reassured

Tessa sighed but dropped it "go call your brother please" Tessa asked, Luna jumped off the stool heading up the stairs and into the hallway

Stopping at Nathan's door she twisted the doorknob and stepped inside

Nathan grabbed his remote and paused the movie before making a 'what the hell' gesture

"What the hell! Luna I could've been changing" Nathan scolded

Luna only shrugged unfazed "but you weren't" she stated "Aunt T said to come get you, so let's go" Luna added

Nathan glared and brushed past her "brat" he mumbled but he knew she heard him

Luna gasped in mock offense "jerk!" She called out and trailed after him

He only laughed
