1. Be confident
2. Tired of thinking for advanced words ?, Use a thesaurus as you are writing your speech
3. Don't use too much simple words (good,bad,many,far,etc)
4. Take a deep breath or squat on the floor when you have one minute before the speech
5. Conclude your words, make them simple and well written as possible
6. Make good intros
7. Create questions to your audiences
8. Audience don't need you, You are the one who need audiences
9. Revise your speech (with english teacher for the better)
10. Try to memorize before speaking, therefore you have less reading the speech which spares you time for speaking
11. Manage your words
12. Use perfect body languages
And lastly, Spread your speech and make them all inspired
