I looked around the room. It was pretty spacious, more than mine at home, and the windows let in lots of sunlight.

I was supposed to stay for at least a week. A week. In a different universe that should be fiction. But, there I was, with the Avengers. I was glad that I always brought a backpack with any essential that I may need with me, like hygiene stuff and a set of clothes.

I moved over to the bed, and sat down.

"Damn," I said, quickly laying down. It was a damn comfy bed. I made myself sit up, and I went through my backpack to see if I could use anything to help me.

Phone. Clearly wouldn't work here to text people in my world.

Money. Well, that's always helpful.

Chapstick. Didn't realize my lips were chapped till now.

Clothes. I was kinda getting sick of shorts. I slipped my shorts off, and put leggings that were in my bag on

Hairbrush. Eh, I'd just throw it in a messy bun.

I went through my backpack like that, nothing seeming particularly helpful.

After a while, I heard a knock on the door.

"Pepper made some food, if you're hungry," Tony said from behind the door.

"Okay," I replied. I started shoving everything back in my bag, and I went downstairs. I didn't realize I knew the avengers facility that well.

"Hi, I'm Raine," I said as I came up to Pepper.

"I'm Pepper, it's nice to meet you," she said, shaking my hand, and giving me a plate.

"You too. And thank you," I replied. I decided to just take the food back to my room, since I though if I tried sit with anyone, they'd think I was crazy.

After awhile, I got kinda lonely. It was weird, I had no friends, so I was used to being lonely. But this was different. At least at home, I had my family. Here, I was stuck in a world with people who thought I was crazy.

Who would have thought that I'd feel sad in a world I've always wanted to be apart of?

I decided that I should try YouTube. I knew it existed in this world, I just didn't have a good chance of finding what I liked.

My feed was full of my normal stuff, but none of the interviews would work. I turned off my phone, went to my bed, and just laid there, staring at the ceiling. It felt like the whole world was crumbling around me, and I couldn't do anything about it. I heard another knock at the door, but I didn't really want to get up. I was also disappointed in myself. I finally get the chance to meet the literal avengers, and I was sulking in my room. There was another knock, so I lugged myself up, and opened the door.
