*Recap

"How are you here?" I asked, emotional.

"I talked to Seraphene. She thought it would be best if I came to you when the baby came." He said, moving a piece of hair behind my ear, looking lovingly down at me. Then Dr. Fell walked in.

"Caroline, I need to ask you a few questions. If that's all right?" She asked, unsure.

"I think tomorrow morning would be best." Elijah said in a calm way, but you could tell he wanted her to leave.

"I missed you." I said, a tear falling down my cheek and he wiped it off with his knuckle.

"I missed you too." He said and I let it a laugh.

"She's ours Elijah. Can you believe it?" I asked, overjoyed smiling down at her as she slept.

"Here, I'll lay her down in her bed." Elijah said quietly, picking her up and gently lying her in her little bed, then walking back towards me. I sat up and he smiled at me, kissing me. It was all I could've ever imagined. It was filled with love, gentleness, and a rush for the lost time we had.

"I love you." I smiled, as we pulled apart catching our breath.

"I love you, too." He smiled, pecking my lips once more, before sitting in the seat beside my bed holding my hand.

"So, how is she ours?" Elijah asked, overjoyed.

"Seraphene said that my love for you was so pure, that she could change her genetics. So she's your child, but she'll still have a wolf gene." I said.

"Does Niklaus know about this?" He asked, hesitant.

"I don't think so. I just found out early today. Rebekah may have told him, that may be why he didn't show." I yawned.

"I'll talk with him. Get some rest." He said, kissing my forehead.

"Don't leave me." I whispered, tiredly.

"Never." I heard him whisper as sleep took over.

The Moon Goddess

"Hello, Caroline." Seraphene smiled and I ran at her crushing her in a hug.

"Thank you so much!" I laughed, happy tears falling down my face.

"Your welcome, my dear. One more thing. Your days of drinking blood are over, you don't need it. Now, go home and enjoy your time with your loved ones." She said and I woke up.

End Of Dream

"She's beautiful, Elijah. I don't think I have to tell you to treat my daughter right, or my grandchild?" Mom asked, neither of them noticing I was awake. I peaked my eyes open and saw them by the baby bed, smiling at her.

"Of course not." He said, making me smile.

"Good, welcome to the family." She said, smiling.

"Can I hold her, now?" I teased and they looked over at me. Mom looked shocked, but she walked by my side. Elijah picked Aurora up walking towards me with her in his hands. He gently laid her in my arms, kissing my forehead. I looked down at the onesie and saw it was pink with 'I'm adorable' on the front. Her eyes were shining with her little patch of hair on her head just laying there.

"You did good, Caroline." Mom said, a tear falling down her cheek, hugging my side as she was on my left and Elijah was on my right.

"Mom, are you crying?" I asked, shocked.

"Don't pick on me. Its not everyday, I get to be a grandma" She laughed.

"I know and I'm sorry." I laughed hugging her sadly. Then Dr. Fell walked in. Why does she come at the most in opportune times? I thought, annoyed.

"Yes?" I asked, hiding my annoyance. She did delivery my baby. I thought.

"How?" She asked, confused.

"When can we leave?" I asked, avoiding her question.

"You can't leave. I have to do some tests." She said, panicked. I looked up at Elijah knowing something was wrong and he walked over to her staring her down.

"Tell me the truth. What do you want?" He asked,, compelling her.

"I need to take some tests." She said, like a robot.

"Did someone compel her?" I asked, no one in-particular.

"I believe so, but who?" He asked, intrigued and angry.
