Now I live in the country on a gravel road, but people still drive by at like 10mph.
I understand that people don't want they car to get dirty because of the gravel, but is really creepy when you drive by so slow. You look out the window and you see them and then five minutes later you look out a different window on the other side of the house and see that they are finally going down the hill.
It creeps me out when people do that because I might be out side and they could be looking at me and I don't know it. Or they could be looking at our house and that is just weird..
