I haven't called them Dutch angel dragons for a reason. All species come with rules and for them to be an official Dutch Angel Dragon you need to follow the rules. I'm not 100% sure what all the rules are and I am pretty sure for it to be a Dutchie it has to be approved by the original species creator , which none of these have. Thats why they are just Angel Dragons.
But if you want to make them official then check if they follow the Dutch angel dragon guidelines and ask the creator of the species if it's ok.
