Y/N POV

There was a thing called bad break ups, then there was mine and Reece Bibby's break up.

"Hey, Y/N, we need to talk. It's about Reece." Maggie, my best friend of 4 years said as she came over and grabbed my arm and pulled me over to her bay window where we normally sit to have serious talks.

"I told you never to mention his name again." I stared her right in the eyes as I spoke.

"Yeah but you need to know this." She said quietly.

"Well continue."

"Well he's basically been posting on social media-"

"I thought you blocked him?" I interrupted her.

"Blake contacted me. Listen, Reece has been going around saying he misses you and wants to talk to you and for you to give him a second chance." I stood up and paced back and forwards.

"He has no right to say that. He's the one who said that second chances aren't a thing. Now he's missing me?" I scoffed.

"You were the only one he could open up to properly so maybe he's just missing the long good nights and ling good byes? Y/N he's hurting." She suggested.

"He's hurting? Does he not think the break up was hard for me? I sat in my room crying for days. Maggie, he was my first everything and now it feels like it was all for nothing." I was trying so hard not to cry.

"Don't cry. Let's go out tonight." She smiled.

"Yeah, okay."

"Let's go to the bar you guys met at, it may help you to move on." She shrugged. I agreed with her.

________

"Crap." Maggie said. I looked behind me to Reece with his friends.

"He's in the past. I don't care about him. Let's dance." I pulled Maggie into the middle of the dance floor under the lights.

Maggie was wearing a yellow dress that had a skater skirt bottom where as I had black jeggings and a tight t-shirt that happened to be Reece's favourite colour.

"He's staring Y/N." Maggie said as we danced around.

"Then let him. He ended it now he gets to see what he's missing." I smirked and kept dancing.

"Mind if I cut in?" A rather handsome guy came up to me and asked.

"Not at all. Only until the end of the sing though, I'm here with my friend and I don't want to ditch her for too long."

"She's lucky to have a friend like you then." He smiled.

I put one hand on chest and the other oh his - this was definitely going to annoy Reece.

________

Reece's POV

"What doss she think she's doing?" I said quite p-ed of to be honest. She was dancing with another guy under the disco light making all kinds of shadows as she danced. She always was a great dancer.

"She's allowed to move on, you know Reece." Blake said bluntly.

"You're the one who dumped her." George added.

"She didn't need to come to the bar we first met at, did she." I groaned.

"Neither did you." Blake argued. He's right to be fair.

"That's it." I went up to Y/N and pulled her to the side.

Y/N POV

"Reece what the hell are you doing." I groaned.

"Why are you dancing with him?" I shook my head.

"You lost all rights to ask that when you ended things between us, now let me go." I tried to walk away but he didn't let go of my arm.

"No why should I?" He looked me dead in the eyes.

"Because you're wearing a revealing top and that guy is practically grinding on you. And that Y/N is not on."

"Reece, we're not together. We're not friend. You don't get to have a say in what I do in my life and what choices I make." I shouted at him.

"Why do you still like Blake and George's posts but you blocked me?"

"Maybe because I'm good friends with them? Just because we're not friends does not mean I can't be friends with them." I rolled my eyes.

"How are you not hurting? You're so happy."

"I'm not going to act all dull because you are. Man up." I tried to walk away again, he still had a tight grip of my arm.

"Y/N please." He begged.

"That's my name, don't wear it out." I wasn't looking at him but I guarantee he rolled his eyes. "Can't you just not look at me?"

"Your harder to ignore than you think. Every straight guy in here is probably staring at you, with their jaws on the floor, in that little tight top." I felt him squeeze my arm tighter. "Heck, even the non-straight guys will be staring at you. Please don't go back to that man whore." He begged again.

I yanked my arm out and grip and turned and smirked at him.

"Sue me."
