Chapter 16- Doing the right thing

It's been hours since kartik told Naira the truth.

Naira was feeling guilty and guilty , how dumb she was not to trust her love , she was feeling ashamed , she was crying continuously letting all her guilt out , she assumed sitting in a dark corner of her room , suddenly she heard a loud knock on her door.

"Naira khol mai hun gayu"

Naira in her lehenga with smudged eye liner , messy hair and pale tear stained face walked towards the door and opened it with trembling hands.

Gayu was in a simple suit , as soon as she saw Naira she immediately hugged her

G- Naira yeh kya haal bana liya hai tune apna

N- Gayu maine sab khatam kar diya sab khatam

G- aisa kuch nhi hai , har kisi se galti hoti hai tujhse se bhi ho gyi, lekin I'm sure that you will find a way

Gayu took her to the bed , lay her down and patted her head to sleep.

Then she silently tiptoed outside

Garden

Kartik and Rohan were sitting under a tree.

G- Maine usse sula diya hai

K- Kaise hai woh

G- Bahut zyada guilty feel kar rhi hai

K- Kya humne jo kiya sahi kiya

R- Bilkul...

K- I hope woh samjh jaye

Marriage Time

Everyone was there .

Naira's POV

What shall I do , there he is standing but I don't have the courage to go and speak to him.

The ceremony ended on a good note , guests went to there rooms to rest. Naira was unable to sleep , here on the other side Kartik was getting restless too.

Naira went out in the garden , she saw someone sitting on the bench , she realised that it was Kartik , she was about to turn and go but then she thought it was her last chance to say sorry to him , maybe he'll agree or maybe not.

She went and sat beside Kartik.

Kartik got up and was about to go

N- Ruk jao kartik...... I'm really sorry please think

K-Naira haar baar mai hi tumahre sunu tum mere sunti ho kabhi....agar suna hota toh yeh sab nhi hota

N- Ek baar sun lo please

Kartik was walking away , Naira holds his hand

Naira began to sing with tears in her eyes

Kartik looked at her with tear stained red eyes , he now know that he also can't live without her.

Naira hugs him tightly. Kartik also hugs her

They both sat on the bench and side hugged eachother , remembered the moments they spent with eachother and cried a little bit too

K- Acha bs rona band , now I want to see that smile for which my heart beats

Naira smiles shyly

K- Haaayeee

Naira hits him lightly

N- Chalo ab

They go.
