At the sound of the loud alarm, Jaemin woke up in a cold sweat. He didn't feel well for some reason. Slowly, he got out of bed to go check his temperature. 100 degrees with a pounding headache.
"I am not dealing with this bullshit today," he mumbled.
Jaemin went back and crawled under his sheets. Before falling back asleep, he texted his mom to let her know he wouldn't be going to school today. Just so she wouldn't get angry at him for skipping when the school called her because of his absence. He would have told her face to face, but she goes to work very early in the morning.
High school was absolute shit. It was probably the stress or gross people that got him sick.
