This fallows the scenario where Needlepaw survived, if Needlepaw sank in the mud skip to the bottom, where there will be a different scenario.
Aspenfur watched as Toadpaw, Sweetpaw, Moonpaw, and Needlepaw stood before Brackenstar.
"Toadpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do." He replied.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Toadchaser. StarClan honors your bravery and stealth and I welcome you as a full warrior of ShadowClan."
Sweetpaw stepped forwards.
"Sweetpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do." She replied.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Sweetfall in honor of the time you risked your life to hunt for your clanmates, and I welcome you as a full warrior of ShadowClan."
Moonpaw stepped forwards.
"Moonpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do." She replied.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Moonwillow. StarClan honors your wisdom and generosity and I welcome you as a full warrior of ShadowClan."
Needlepaw stepped forwards.
"Needlepaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do." She replied.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Needlefur. StarClan honors your kindness and loyalty and I welcome you as a full warrior of ShadowClan."
"Toadchaser! Sweetfall! Moonwillow! Needlefur!" The clan cheered. Sweetfall scanned the crowd, locking gazes with Aspenfur. The young warrior beamed, her eyes shining. The tom dipped his head to her, his gaze gleaming with pride. ShadowClan is lucky to have you, Sweetfall. He thought, sunlight filtering on the four new warriors.

If Needlepaw died, follow this scenario.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Toadchaser. StarClan honors your bravery and stealth and I welcome you as a full warrior of ShadowClan."
Sweetpaw stepped forwards.
"Sweetpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do." She replied.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as Sweetfall in honor of the time you risked your life to hunt for your clanmates, and I welcome you as a full warrior of ShadowClan."
Moonpaw stepped forwards.
"Moonpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend your clan, even at the cost of your life?"
"I do." She replied.
"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. From this moment on, you will be known as-"
"Wait!" Moonpaw cried, gasps ringing through the clearing.
"Is it okay if I choose my own name?" She asks, gazing up at Brackenstar hopefully.
"I don't see why not." The leader says reluctantly.
"My name will be Moonneedle, in honor of Needlepaw." She says. Sympathetic murmurs rise from the crowd as cats remember the young apprentice.
"Very well." Brackenstar nods. 
"Toadchaser! Sweetfall! Moonneedle! The clan cheers. Sweetfall scans the crowd, locking gazes with Aspenfur. The young warrior beams, her eyes shining. The tom dips his head to her, his gaze gleaming with pride. ShadowClan is lucky to have you, Sweetfall. He thought, sunlight filtering on the four new warriors.
