"What yo' musty, palm tree built, head look like a mop ass want?" I asked Zion as he gaped at me, holding his chest, where his heart was, dramatically.
"Well damn..." He said gaping at me, "ain't nobody even did nothing-"
"You breathed." I shrugged, letting the door hand behind me. Not inviting him in but he took it upon himself to follow me inside anyways, being himself.
"That's cold, shawty." He told me as I shrugged and then ran over his sentence thinking about the nickname.
Well shit, that works...
"Don't call me that shit." I condescended as he rolled his eyes and messed with his hair a little.
"Girl bye. You know you love it." He said with a smirk and all I could do was roll my eyes because it was true, I kind of did.
"Shut up, Sid the science kid lookin' ass." I spat at him as he looked at me shocked again.
"Yo' I'm nothing but nice to people and all they do is hurt my feelings." He said solemnly as I looked at him waiting for him to catch my dirty glares.
"Just last week you told Austin you saw Beyoncé at a Starbucks, made him run all the way over there and there was never a Beyoncé." I reminded him with a straight face as he slowly remembered it, smiling.
"Oh yeahhhh!" He shouted with a huge smile on his face. He started dying laughing and as the laughter died down he wiped a fake tear from his eye and finally said, "That was funny."
I looked at him waiting for it to settle in. Sadly, it never did, "Zion.." I said waiting again for him to realize what a dickhead thing to do it was.
"Yep?"
"That's..." I said giving up halfway.
"A great prank?! I know!" He shouted as I rolled my eyes. I grabbed the remote from beside me and started flipping through random channels just so I didn't have to bother with him.
"So... what happened to your boyfriend? What's his name? Door Knob?" Zion asked all of the sudden as a warm feeling ignited in my chest. Even though Zion was stupid I just said that because I thought it would get on his nerve.
"Uhmm he couldn't make it." I told him as a smile formed on his smug little face.
