Chapter 3

"So let me get this straight, you gave up an opportunity to date one of the hottest cheerleaders because of your stupid crush on Mandu? Sorry if this sounds harsh but she obviously has zero interest in you, I think you should move on."

I had just finished telling Mark everything that happened yesterday with Sana. He wasn't very fond of Jennie since she treated me like shit and got us in trouble a lot. He was right though, Jennie didn't even bother to acknowledge my existence.

"I guess you're right." I sighed.
"You damn right I'm right, think of all the times that bitch treated you like shit for no reason and got you in trouble." He ranted.

I thought back to all the times she's been rude and mean to me for no reason.
"I think I'm ready to move on." "Great maybe I can set you up with someone. I know this hot chick named Momo. I think you'll like her." He excitedly suggested. "No Mark just because I'm giving up my crush on her doesn't mean I want a replacement. Like I said I don't want any relationships right now. I'll catch you later I got to get to homeroom." I said giving him a bro hug. "Ok whatever you say Lisa, I'll see you later." He yelled as I walked away.

Once I got to class I sat down at my usual desk. I slipped my earphones in and put my head down. I rested my head for a few minutes until I felt someone yank out my earphones. "Hey Lisa." I looked up and saw it was Jennie. She dropped her bag on the desk next to mine and sat down.

She crossed her legs and stared at me. "What do you want?" I asked. "I need a favor." She hesitantly said. "And why should I help you?" "Because it could benefit the both of us and I'll pay you 50 bucks." She stated with a smirk.

I raised an eyebrow. I could use the cash since I was running low and from what I knew my mom wouldn't be home for another week. "What kind of favor are we talking about here?" "I just need you to be my fake girlfriend for a while to make Kai jealous." She said as she played with her nail. "He likes me but he doesn't want to make a move and if he sees me with you then maybe it'll fire him up." She added.   I stared at her like she was crazy and let out a loud laugh, "No fucking way." "Cmon Lisa I'm desperate!" She whined.

"Then why don't you go ask someone else to do it?" I shrugged as I plugged one of my earphones back in. I really didn't want to get involved in this. "Because I saw your little argument with Kai yesterday and I am pretty sure he's  the one that told Sehun to pour the milk on you, wouldn't you like to get on his nerves by going out with me?" She smirked.

I thought about it. It would be weird since I deadass just said I was over Jennie, but the idea of getting back at Kai by dating Kai  didn't sound bad. It would piss him off so much and I'd enjoy seeing it. After a few seconds, I came to the decision that I would do it.

"Fine I'll do it." I finally replied.
"But instead of 50 bucks make it 80." I added. "Ugh fine." She groaned while taking out her wallet. She handed me the 80 bucks and I smiled.
"Ok, now our deal is sealed." I said counting the money while smiling. "Shut up, we start tomorrow got it? Here's my number."
She rudely spat while handing me a note with her number. "And don't think this means I like you now." She added.
The next day I woke up and got dressed. I checked my phone and saw I had a message. It was from Jennie. It read,
