The next day Caroline left Rose's house leaving her to spend her day alone. Rose spent her day doing mundane tasks such as homework and tidying her room. Both Ava and Cassie had gone out when a knock was heard at the front door. Rose went to answer the door wondering who it could be. When she opened the door she saw Rose confusing her as to why he was at her door. Rose had assumed he would be more inclined to seeing Caroline after the full moon and after the beginning of the growing relationship.
"Tyler?" Rose speaks wondering why he was there.
"How long have you known?" Tyler questions confusing Rose even further.
"Known what?" Rose asks in response.
"You know what I'm talking about. How long have you known?" Tyler questions.
"Tyler, I really don't know what you're talking about." Rose voices.
"You're not human!" Tyler exclaims refusing to let her deny it.
"And how told you that?" Rose scoffs shrugging off Tyler's accusations.
"Jules." Tyler states.
"What is Jules, your new best friend?" Rose queries mockingly.
"At least she tells me the truth." Tyler declares.
"You want the truth?" Rose asks before pulling Tyler inside so she can tell him the things Jules left out.
Once they're in the living room the two teenagers sit down and Rose begins filling Tyler in. On everything from her past lives to how her dad died. After telling Tyler the truth she explained a few things about Jules that he clearly didn't know.
"Let me ask you this," Rose speaks. "Who was with you on the full moon?"
"You know about me?" Tyler asks.
"I was supposed to marry your ancestor, I probably know more about your family than you do," Rose informs him. "But answer the question, who was with you on the full moon?"
"Caroline," Tyler says.
"You want to know where Jules was?" Rose asks in response hoping to minimize the damage Jules had done.
"She didn't know about me then." Tyler voices trying to defend Jules.
"She knew," Rose states knowing that would be why Jules was looking for Tyler when she came to town. "And do you know where she was on the full moon. She was killing a vampire who never even got to live because why look out for someone else when you can spend the night killing."
"She was killing people during the full moon?" Tyler sighs as if he was only now realizing how much he didn't know about Jules who he trusted so quickly.
"While Caroline was risking her life helping you," Rose tells him whilst nodding. "But sure trust Jules over Caroline. I mean it's not like you've known us your entire life."
