Darkness Taking Over

20/20 vision is good, but I think it's a curse

seeing everything so clearly just makes things much worse.

All of the evil, the hatred, the pain revealed,

look much better when blurred and concealed

We're trying to go forward up ahead

but the line trees blocked our way and caused us dread

we must face our doom and be embrasive

but it seems it has attacked with actions that are evasive

This hate, this hurt, this dagger inside

has to come to an end, it has to die

with every breath I take of the poisonous gas

Evil takes over and the Good starts to fast

Now that the Good is all but done

I know that the darkness has finally won

society has won, the Good is not in the past

now all of the Bad ones are thriving at last
