Episode 9 - Return to The Nemeton

Previously: Meredith and Diana helped to bring back Stiles and the others. Talia had become hostile and wanted Mary to kill Scott. Araya and The Calavera returned but they were working with Talia. Diana slashes Talia which was going to poison her.

Braeden opens her eyes and she struggles to breathe as Derek holds her, her stomach wound starts to heal quickly as her heart starts beating again. Braeden looks Derek in the eyes "Derek?". Derek smiles at Braeden and he kisses her on the lip "I'm here" Braeden looks at him and smiles.
Stiles runs over to Lydia. Lydia holds Stiles' hands and she smiles "we're alive, we're alive?" Stiles caresses Lydia's face and he nods "yeah we are" Lydia lunges onto Stiles and kisses him. Lydia looks at Malia as Lydia instantly touches her stomach worried. Malia looks at her "Lydia?" Lydia goes "Malia? We need to talk" Malia nods "okay, sure thing" Lydia grabs Malia's hand and they walk out of the room. Stiles looks at Scott supusicious. Scott's phone then rings and Scott pulls it out of his pocket and answers it "hello? Well, I have better news than earlier, but we still need you. Okay...okay...see you soon, bye" Stiles looks over at Jackson, who stands with Ethan.
Malia and Lydia walk together in the park, Malia goes "so what's up?" Lydia looks at her "I need you to listen for a heartbeat" Malia looks at her "who's?" Lydia turns around and she stares at Malia "um, I didn't tell anyone because I wanted to keep it a secret" Malia goes "Lydia?" Lydia goes "I need you to listen for a heartbeat in my stomach" Malia stares at her. Lydia goes "I'm pregnant, well, I hope I still am" Malia smiles and she nods "Lydia? This is great!" Lydia smiles.
Talia walks into her house with Araya and Severo. Talia slowly sits down on her couch, Talia goes "damn, this is painful" Araya looks at the wound and she goes "tetrodotoxin" Talia stares at her "shit, I'm dead then" Araya goes "Severo" Severo nods "yeah" Severo walks outside. Talia sits on the couch until moments later Severo walks back in with a black case. Araya opens the case and holds up a small glass bottle of liquid. Talia scoffs "let me guess...the cure? What do you want for it?" Araya goes "the whole reason I am here, is not for Scott, not for Mary. I'm looking for the Devil himself" Talia stares at her "the hell are you talking about?" Araya walks over to her "the devil is going to be reborn, and someone in this town is going to be responsible for it". 

Malia walks with Lydia. Lydia smiles at Malia "thanks for that, I just thought of the worst, as I was dead" Malia smiles "well, your baby is fine, let's get back. Okay?" Lydia smiles "yeah, okay then".
The doorbell goes off at the apartment, Theo walks over to the door, he looks over at Scott who nods. Theo opens the door and he smirks "he called you? Really?". Liam stands at the door smiling "nice to see you too, Theo!" Theo then smiles and hugs Liam "you too buddy" Liam looks over at Scott and smiles "I'm back" Scott nods "another pair of hands, just what we need". Scott looks over at Ethan "can you describe what it was like in the void?" Ethan nods "yeah, it was just black, although it was like it was endless, no matter how much we ran, we just didn't move" Scott looks over at Stiles. Stiles looks at him "what?" Scott goes "that sounds like-" Lydia walks over with Malia. Lydia goes "the nemeton!" Malia goes "what's a nemeton?" Stiles looks at Malia "it was a meeting place for the druids, years ago, but after a few things we did, we activated the stump, the tree stump, it became a beacon, I thought we were done with it by now" Scott goes "Deaton told us, it would affect us for the rest of our lives" Stiles nods "yeah".
Scott, Stiles, Liam, Theo, and Lydia walk through the forest. Theo goes "so how do we find this stump?" Scott goes "you have to let it find you, give it a reason, no matter how hard, hard dark it makes you feel, you have to make it find you" Liam looks at him. Lydia goes "let's do this then".
Lydia takes a step forward and she sees herself inside her old house. A woman goes "Lydia, darlin come on" Lydia goes "mom?" Natalie smiles "yes! Lydia, come on, this way, I'll show you". Lydia takes her mom's hand and she follows her as they walk through the house, Lydia then steps on a stick. Lydia looks down at the stick, and as she looks back up, she sees her mom hanging dead off of a tree. Lydia looks over in tears and shock and she screams "MOM!". Lydia rubs her eyes, but as she opens her eyes again she then sees the nemeton in front of her and she slightly smiles "thanks mom" Lydia runs over and touches the stomp and smiles again. 

Theo looks up and he starts to shake in fear "no, please...not again" Theo looks ahead at his sister, Tara staring at him. Tara walks over and Theo looks over at her in tears "please, I've spent the last months trying to make up for what I did to you" Tara pushes her hand into his chest and she pulls out his heart. Theo falls to the ground finding it hard to breathe. Tara goes to snap his neck but her face fades away as Lydia appears in front of him "Theo?" Theo looks at her as he slowly sits up "I...I-" Lydia nods "the nemeton can get into your head" Theo nods "yeah, no shit".
Stiles walks up to a door, as he pulls the handle, he walks in and he sees his father laying on a bed. Stiles goes "dad?" Noah looks at him "Stiles? I'm sorry, I tried to fight, I really did" Stiles' eyes start to water as he runs over and grabs his hand "dad, what's going on?" Noah looks at him "my fight is over, so is yours, so now...you need to wake up!" Stiles looks at him confused until Noah puts Stiles' hand down and he as Stiles blinks he looks at his hand on top of the Nemeton.
Scott and Liam walk into the library at Beacon Hills High School. Liam looks at Scott. Liam's claws then emerge from his nails and his eyes glow blue. Scott goes "Liam?" Liam shakes his head "I don't know what's happening, but I'm so angry" Scott shakes his head "it wants us to fight, like we did at the school, just calm down, and we can beat it...I know we can!" Liam glares at him "I'VE BEEN BACK TWO MINUTES, AND IT'S ALREADY WE? YOU DON'T HAVE THE BALLS TO DO WHAT'S RIGHT! I KILLED JENNIFER BECAUSE SHE KILLED OUR PEOPLE, YOU JUST SAVE PEOPLE, TRY AND SAVE ME!" Liam runs over to Scott and goes to punch him, but Scott then hits Liam in the face and he points "look" Liam's eyes then stop glowing and he looks ahead at the nemeton. Scott runs over and he sees Lydia, Stiles, and Theo. Liam runs over to everyone. Stiles goes "so? Do we all just touch i-". A huge wave of force pushes them all away from the nemeton. Mary walks over to them, her face slightly deformed, and now rotten again "YOU DON'T GET TO WIN!" Scott looks at her "let us help you" Mary glares at them "none of you can!".  

Next Time - La Búsqueda - Malia and Theo go searching for a kitzune. Inside the void, Stiles and everyone else are getting weaker. Derek speaks to Talia, and she threatens him. Cora and Isaac have to try and find a way to activate the Nemeton to make it stronger than ever.
