I'll keep this short, since even I don't read the acknowledgments, but please read until the end for a summary of my next book!
First and foremost, God gave me this beautiful gift to write stories - without His glory, I would have no purpose in this world. Thank you to my wonderful mother and father for supporting me through whatever trials I face. Words can't describe how grateful I am for them bearing with me even though I hole myself up in my room every Saturday to write. My friends are my primary source of encouragement - I feel like I can take on the world when I have them by my side. Truth be told, I don't know if I would have picked writing back up again without them. Thank you to thesauruses, baby name websites, 1-hour loops of BTS music on YouTube, and all the other tools that only a writer would use. Most importantly, thank all of you - my readers! I love reading your comments and hearing your thoughts, and I feel so honored that you have enjoyed my story. I can't wait to write more stories for you!
And, of course, thank you to the seven boys who changed my life. After seeing their concert in Chicago (a wild story for another time), my parents have turned from BTS-antis to fans who blast their music around the house and randomly whistle to their tunes; they are living proof that BTS can touch anyone, and they certainly touched me!
