Stand up and then reach down and touch your right toe for 15 seconds then doe your left toe for 15 seconds.

Sit on the toilet for 1 minute with just your underwear on then put your pants back on.

Step 5

Do not put your hands near your stomach or down there and spread your legs and do not move or squirm for a minute

Step 6

Drink another drink of water

Step 7

Do 25 jumping Jack's.

Step 7

Attempt to do the splits
