"Home sweet home" I said as we walked inside the house.
"Y'all hear that?" Leah asked.
"I know he not" Kairi said.
"Do too much ass Dave" Ma mumbled.
"Baby I'll be sitting here waiting on you to come home again. I won't leave, I promise I'll be here until the very end" we heard Dad singing.
We followed Ma to their room. There was packed bags in the middle of the floor, and he sat in the chair smoking a blunt.
"Come on home to me Charlene" he sang.
"You a sapp ass nigga" Ma said.
He turned and looked at us. He nodded.
"I'll be that" he said grabbing the bags.
"Where the fuck you going?" she asked.
"Move K'Ari" he said.
"Aw shit" Leah said.
He never called her that.
"Let's give them their privacy so dad can bitch in peace" Kairi said.
"Bitch please, I'm finna see where he going" Leah said.
"Dave put them fucking bags down. Stop playing with me 'cause I'm really finna slap yo' ass" Ma said.
He picked up another bag and she began hitting him. He grabbed her arms and threw her on the bed.
"Get yo' big ass off me" Ma said.
"So you was on yo' hot girl shit in Miami?" dad asked.
"Boy leave me alone. It was just a damn video" she said.
"Just say you missed fat ma, we ain't gotta do all this" Ma smirked.
He licked his lips before mumbling something in her ear.
"Nasty as fuck, I'm gone" Kairi said.
"No cap" i said.
We left them alone as we went our separate ways. Once i got in my room I laid on my bed for a second before jumping up. I forgot to get a Plan B.
I called Maliyah and she didn't answer. I knew she was probably sleep. I called Josh and he didn't answer. I called Dede and he answered.
"What little hoe" he said.
"Boy you missed me, but can you take me to CVS?" I asked.
"For what?" he asked.
"Lady products" i said.
"Ew, aight I'm finna come" he said.
"Thank youuuu" i said before he hung up.

"Y'all hurry up. Ant bringing your dad at 5" she said.
"Ok mama" i repeated.
Tomorrow was dad's birthday, but we were having him a surprise party today.
I walked out of the house and stopped seeing Trey's car.
"Where's Dede?" I asked.
"He still at the barbershop, and you said you needed lady products.. I ain't want you waiting all day" Trey said.
"Aw you so sweet when you wanna be" i smiled as i got in the car.
"Shutup" he said ruining the moment.
