It basically works the same way as tagging someone on Instagram.
When you want to tag someone, you type their username, displayed right under their name on their profile -
If it works correctly your device will suggest options once you type "@", and the tag will be highlighted after. Ex-
If you get a notification that someone tagged you in a tagging thread and you want to participate, this is what you do:- click on the notification and it will take you to the chapter on which an author tagged you
- take a screenshot or download the picture of questions that the author answered on that part (it's normally in the beginning)
usually looks something like this:
- make a new part in your book or make a separate book for your tags (optional)- put said picture somewhere in the begining of your chapter
- answer the questions from the picture (make sure you number them)
ex-
1) blahjshbjha
2) sjdhbvoahsubd- add the number of tags the picture says in the end (don't tag the person who tagged you first, don't tag the same person twice in the same thread.)
- publish the chapter and you're done!
- hopefully the people you tagged see it and continue the chain!
REMEMBER-
You are not obligated to answer the tag if you don't want to.
Tagging is simply for fun and and to maybe get to know someone better.
Feel free to recommend this book to anyone who doesn't understand tagging, and/or comment question you might still have.
Hope this helped!
