[THIS WORK IS A SEQUEL TO “AISLE 14”. Make sure to read it before proceeding with this story.]

Nayeon walked around the cemetery, the November wind blew on her long black dress. She didn't like visiting the cemetery, she found it spooky. However, she had to pay her respects to her husband who had recently passed away.

The girl loved him, not romantically, but more as a father figure. You see, her own father didn't do his job correctly and only hurt her.

It was the first time she had visited him after the funeral, her hands were shaking. It felt weird knowing she was all alone now, she was used to having him around. Although, she had her kids and grandchildren, Nayeon felt weird. As if her heart was empty, or maybe, that it was beating relentlessly all these years without finding peace.

"Hey," she said and eyed the gravestone. She crouched and placed a single rose on whilst sighing.

Nayeon didn't really like technology, it had evolved pretty quickly and it was terrifying. In the span of forty-five years everything had changed dramatically and it soon felt like the world would give in, that it would die. It was okay though, the woman knew she wouldn't live for a lot more too.

"I think I told you not to mess around with those cables," Nayeon talked "We're here because of a ridiculous game." she scoffed.

Her husband died of electrocution when trying to fix the television in their home. It didn't takw much for a man in his seventies to pass away because of that. He was weak and had started not liking his life, just the typical feelings the elderly tend to have.

Nayeon raised a brow as the first rain drops started falling. She didn't want to leave just yet, but she knew the rain would get really bad in a while.

She stood up and smiled at the picture of her hushand, it was taken on the night of their wedding. Nayeon hated that night, she badly wanted to escape and run away, be free like her friend would always say she had to be.

"Goodbye." Nayeon murmured and took off. She hadn't brought an umbrella with her, it was only the third of November, why would she?

Walking slowly, she decided to take another route to find the exit. She had been needing some extra time alone for a long now since her children never left her alone anymore.

Nayeon felt the smile on her face grow bigger when she saw familiar names on the gravestones. At least they were all happy and together, she thought. None of her friends were alive anymore. However, she didn't grieve, she was truly happy that they were all in a better place now.

The woman furrowed her eyebrows as she walked past graves she had never seen before. She was supposed to turn left but didn't and the cemetery was really, really big. Nayeon hadn't been in this side of the lot before, it was the side were the graves looked sad and miserable. The ones that no one took care of, the ones that people, usually from not so wealthy backgrounds, were buried in.

She scanned each and every name on the gravestones until her legs halted to a stop. The rain got a little stronger and she swore it must've been the raindrops that were blurring her vision, making her unable to see clearly because, she definitely did not see the name she thought she did.

Kneeling down, with her black dress making contact with the damp soil, Nayeon grazed her fingers on top of the half faded letters on the gravestone. She felt her heart drop to her stomach and her brain slowly shutting down.

'Here lies Yoo Jeongyeon, a good daughter and friend' it wrote and Nayeon pushed herself up. 'Born 1957 Died 1975'

It must've been that she was getting old and that her eyesight was going bad. It must've been her brain that's been messing with her. Nayeon didn't want to believe anything she saw, she wanted to run off and leave this behind. It was all a trick her mind was setting up, she was going crazy.
