Joeys POV

Shane: Can you just please go buy some fucking cheese

Joey: Shhaannee....

Shane: Buy the god damn cheese

Joey: Ok! Jesus!

I grabbed my wallet and keys and headed for the my car. I flicked Shane off as I shut the door and he chuckled so did I.

I'm sure Shane just wanted some alone time to work on his YouTube thing. He really enjoys that and has 1,247 subscribers already.

After 12 long minutes I finally pulled into the parking lot of Target. Entering target is one of the things I hate about life. It's so weird being hit with the 1.00 aisle and the Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and weird target restaurant all at once.

I grabbed a basket and head for the food section when I felt something grab the back of my shirt. I turned around and found a surprisingly sober Nicole.

Nicole: Hey fucker haven't seen you in a while.

Joey: Why the fuck are you talking to me?

She grabbed my waist and pinched down probably leaving a bruise. I winced in pain.

Nicole: just cause i haven't seen you in a while doesn't mean you can stand up to me like that. Why are you so stupid?

Joey: I don't know why are you sober for once?

Nicole: Because we've been out of booze for a few days. why are you here looking for men?

Joey: Look-

Nicole: You ugly ass faggot no one likes you you know. Your so disgustingly gay and it's so fucking weird. Your just awkward in general.

She walked away and left her basket at my feet. The basket was full of whine, vodka, and a 12 pack of beer. Tears welled up in my eyes as I grabbed some cheese her basket of alcohol and brought them both up to the register.

I haven't drinkin' alcohol in a long time mostly because Shane doesn't drink but tonight I want to drown my pain in it.

I got home around 7:00 and Shane wasn't home but there was a note on the table.

Joey,

Went to Shannas for her birthday party I probably miss you right now and I always love you! <3

I smiled at the note then sat on the couch and opened the first beer. I gulped it down in minutes and thought about everything Nicole said. She's probably right about everything. I felt the alcohol slowly take me as I reached for my third beer. I couldn't cut because Shane hid every sharp thing he could find and put it under lock and key. The only thing I can do now is drink. I chugged the last beer and allowed the drunkness to take me over.

Shane's POV

Shannas party was fun an all but I left when everyone started getting drunk I can't stand people who are drunk. But that's ok because I missed Joey anyway.

The way home was silent I just drove no music or anything. It seemed like forever when I finally pulled into our familiar drive way. I quickly got out and unlocked the front door.

I was surprised to see Joey sitting on the couch staring at a lit candle.

Shane: Joey are you ok? What are you doing?

I sat next to him and he slowly turned his head towards me. A small giggled erupted from his mouth before he pushed me down and crawled on top of me. Without saying a word he stripped me from my shirt and started attacking my neck with his soft lips. My hands tangled in his hair and I moaned quietly. His lips moved up to mine and he started to intensely make out with me I went along with it until I tasted something. Something to familiar. Alcohol.

I pushed Joey off of me gently. He sat in the couch and stared at me.

Shane: Joey your drunk.

He started to laugh hysterically.

Shane: Oh ya Joey Hilarious... A under aged boy illegally getting drunk.

The laughing got louder. I kissed him and chuckled to myself. I got up blew out the candle and just watched Joey until he finally passed out.
