If we want to be successful and achieve what is planned, we need to follow a channel to avoid confusion and conflicts.
Black and Gold Community has created departments for the smooth functioning of the community.
We have a Head Admin who oversee the community. The other admins have to answer to the Head Admin in order to avoid conflicts.
We have also appointed a Head for each of the departments whom the members can communicate with.
