99,719 likes @kelseywebber: look where we all ended up. Happy and together. I never thought I would find someone that makes me as happy as Jake does. He gave me life, he gave me the world, he's my world. I couldn't have did it without him or you guys. I never thought I'd be saying goodbye to you all but here I am. I may be crying while writing this and Jayden may be trying to wipe my face, he does that when I'm sad or crying, without you guys I never would've met Jake. I wouldn't have any of my kids. Hell I wouldn't even be happy but you guys made this possible. Thank you Jake for giving me the world, I never would've made it through life without you. Here's to the good times with good people I love you all.
