"Has it been three minutes yet?" Isaak asks as he studies his watch, the watch I bought him for his birthday. I can't help but laugh as I look at him sitting on the edge of the tub bouncing his leg and studying his watch
"Almost, just relax." I laugh
"I can't help it, I'm excited." He pouts which only sets me off laughing again
"Is Isla still asleep?" I ask and he lifts up the monitor screen and nods.
"Ok, times up." I say as I stand and look down at the counter
"What does it say? I don't even know what I'm looking for." Isaak says looking over my shoulder. I pick up the two sticks to show him
"I'm pregnant." I say, squealing as he cheers and picks me up and spins us around
"We're gonna have another baby?" He smiles, his whole face lit up
"We're gonna have another baby. Are you happy about this? Isn't it a little soon?" I ask as he sets me down on my feet
"Are you kidding? I'm so fucking happy. I swear Im, I'm gonna be with you for it all, every appointment, the nausea, the cravings, I'm gonna be right by your side." He says before kissing me softly
"I love you and our family so much." He says as he places his hand on my stomach
"I love you too." I reply placing my hand on his
"You better get planning the wedding, I want you to be my wife when this one is born." Isaak says
"I'll get to it on my next day off." I smile
"I better move or I'm going to be late for work, will you be alright getting Isla ready?" I ask
"Of course, I'll see you for dinner tonight." He smiles before kissing me again. I run from the bathroom and grab my stuff before heading out to my car.
"On time again, you're getting good at this." Nat smirks as I throw my bag under the counter at the nurses station. It's been two months since Lucas signed me off and I came back to work and everything feels perfect. I'm back doing the job I love, I go home to family dinner every night, Isaak and I make love before falling asleep together and I wake up beside him every morning, I'm so happy.
The day is busy as usual and I barely have time to think before Nat is pulling me off for lunch break. We sit at a table and I pick at my food as we talk about our mornings
"So when are you going to tell me you're pregnant?" Nat asks and I nearly choke on my water
"How did you know?" I ask
"Are you kidding? I'm your bestie. Your boobs are bigger and you're acting like they hurt, plus when you saw the chicken they're serving you nearly ran the other way." She says pointing to the servers with her fork
"Well, Nat, I'm pregnant." I smile
"I'm so happy." She bounces in her seat
"I hope Ice knows I'm still going to be in the delivery room. I saw my first niece come into the world I'm gonna be there for the rest of them coming out." Nat says and I laugh.
"There's a barbecue at the clubhouse on Saturday so Isaak is going to tell the club then, are you coming?" I ask
"No, don't want to risk running into Socket." She sighs
"Are you two off again?" I ask
"He told me he wasn't sleeping with anyone else." She shrugs
"Isn't that a good thing?" I ask and she shakes her head
"I told him from day one I don't want a relationship or monogamy, I thought he was a man whore, why can't he just live up to that." She groans
"But he's a nice guy, don't you think you could end up with a nice guy like him? Having the amazing sex for the rest of your life." I ask
"No, I don't want a guy for the rest of my life, I don't need a man I can take care of myself, I just need his dick and his tongue for a couple things, not his heart." Nat replies wiggling her eyebrows
"Well then I hope he goes and sleeps with a load of girls and then comes back to you for sex?" I say confused
"Thank you." Nat smirks.
It's Saturday and I'm sat laughing with the girls while I watch Isla play with her friends, it's great to have such a big family around us and I feel so comfortable being here. We all sit wearing our property cuts and I love showing that I'm with Isaak.
"Why is Killer walking funny?" Scarlett asks as we look over to the guys
"No reason." Cordelia blushes and I laugh
"Ooh is it a kinky sex injury?" Skye asks wiggling her eyebrows
"What did I miss?" Adeline asks walking up still buttoning her jeans as Doc emerges from the clubhouse, when she gets back from a work trip those two are terrible, but it's cute.
"Cordelia is about to tell us about Killers sex injury." Scarlett says
"Damn girls it's not a sex injury, Killer had a vasectomy." Cordelia groans burying her face in her hands
"But you can't tell anyone you know or he'll kill me." Cordelia says pointing around
"We thought I was pregnant last month and five kids is way too many with the devil twins over there, we definitely don't want anymore." She adds pointing to her twins wrestling in the dirt. The girls snicker but promise not to tell, I look over to the guys and see Isaak waving me over
"I'll be right back." I smile as I stand from my seat and make my way over to Isaak
"Did you tell the girls?" He asks as he wraps his arm around me
"No, I want you to tell everyone." I smile looking up at him. We move over by the clubhouse and he yells for everyone to listen
"Imelda and I have an announcement. We're having another baby." He announces and everyone cheers and whistles before making their way over to us. The girls hug me as the guys congratulate Isaak. I look over and see Isla is still playing with Lily, Jessica and Callum, while Camilla wrestles with the twins, as Delilah watches
and Diesel is playing cards with Ace. We're all one big happy family. Life is perfect.
