SKY

Alexander went down the stairs to check who it was, and I stayed in the darkness and silence.

Being so close to him was such a pain.

I wanted him. I wanted to kiss him, to hug him, laugh with him and more. But if I let myself get what I wanted it would have just brought me back to that same place with him.

Alexander and I weren't going to work out. So the earlier I got over him, the earlier that broken feeling could disappear.

It was going to be hard for me to get over him, but I was going to try the hardest that I could.

Minutes went on without Alexander coming back, so I started to get nervous.

I jumped out of my bed and quickly walked down the stairs.

"Get the fuck out of here, Tyler. Sky is not available tonight, and she won't ever be available. Got it?" I heard Alexander exclaim, and I quickened my steps down.

Tyler was standing outside, wind flowing through his hair and absolutely drenched.

I could only imagine what this seemed like. Alexander opening the door shirtless and me following behind him, it was all bad.

Alexander turned around and groaned when he saw me. He moved slightly, to try and block me from Tyler.

"Go back to bed, Sky." He ordered.

I ignored him and looked at Tyler. "What's going on, Tyler? Come inside."

Alexander didn't budge from in front of the door, and Tyler was almost shivering.

"Move, Alex." I told him, and he thankfully did.

Tyler came in the house, his whole body leaking onto the floor.

I shot Alexander a warning look before running upstairs. I grabbed a fresh towel for Tyler and went to give it to him.

The two of them were almost having a staring competition. They had both of their shoulders back and chins up, staring at the other as if looks could kill.

I stepped in front of them and handed Tyler the grey towel.

"Thank you." He thanked me, finally breaking eye contact with Alexander to look down at me. "I'm sorry for coming so late. I was just worried."

"I'm okay." I smiled uncomfortably.

"Are you two back together?" Tyler asked, pointing to the both of us.

"No." I said, at the same time Alexander said, "Fuck you."

"Well, I know your parents weren't home. And my phone died so I couldn't call you. My power's out, so I wanted to make sure you were okay." Tyler continued.

"Thank you." I thank him.

"Well, time to go!" Alexander jumped, pushing Tyler up to the door.

"Stop it, Alex." I explained, pushing his hands off of him. "What are you doing?"

"Don't fucking fight me on this, Sky." He pointed a finger in my face.
