"I told you your underestimate your talent," Sam said, sitting down across from Kurt. "People are going crazy."

"Crazy because you're bisexual or crazy because I can sing?" Kurt teased.

Sam laughed. "Both. I've had several people ask me to release some songs with you."

He shook his head, getting serious. "Why'd you do it, Sam?"

"I didn't want you to forget how much I care about you. Just... We graduated, and you distanced yourself from us. I worried about you," he said, looking down at the table.

"Sam..." Kurt reached across the table, taking his hand. "You don't need to worry about me, okay? I just... I don't know, I needed time. Time to be able to see you guys without being reminded of high school. A lot of stuff happened, you know that."

"Yeah. I guess I just wanted you to know that I'm here for you, even though you didn't want to see me."

"Sam, I did. I was just afraid you'd be mad at me for disappearing." They were both quiet. "Did you mean what you said? In the song?"

"Every single word. I don't think I can stop loving you, Kurt. And I don't really want to try."

"Maybe you don't have to."
