Laney was laying unconscious in the hospital bed, scratches all over her body. The rest of the gang were watching as the doctor tried to save her life. If her parents were there and not on a business trip in Italy, Mrs.Penn would have been screaming. The monitor was going crazy.
"Lanes please don't leave us" Corey said. One final beep was heard, then the long beep. The doctor dropped everything he was holding, and shook his head. The four friends cried, staring at the dead body of their bassist. But then, the unexpected happened. The monitor, started beeping again. The others looked, and saw Laney's eyes start to flicker open.
"Laney? Laney!" Corey exclaimed, hugging his dream girl. Maddie, Kin and Kon jumped with excitement and applauded. Laneys eyes shot wide open in surprise. She looked around her.
"W-where am I?" She asked, in a shy, more girly voice then usual, which was weird.
"Lanes, I'm so sorry this happened" Corey said. Laney looked at him confused.
"Whose Laney?". Everyone stopped smiling. They looked at the doctor.
"I might need some time alone with her" He said, motioning them to leave the room. The all went back to Corey's garage.
"You don't think she actually lost her memory, do you?" Kon asked. Corey sadly nodded.
"Then it's up to us, to get her memory back" Madeline said. The other nodded, and started devising a crazy plan that just might work....
