People love for various reasons and in different ways
You love your parents because you know they will always be there for you and loving you unconditionally.
You love your siblings because they always support you and stand up for you.
You love your friends because you know you can always rely on them in times of trouble.
You love them for specific reasons, but inexplicably, you love him countless reason.
You can say that...
You love him for the way his eyes sparkle when he smiles.
You love him for the way he looks at your lips when he thinks you're not looking.
You love him for the way he is happier for your achievements than you are and for how he brightens up a gloomy day.
You love the angelic qualities you see in him.
You love his imperfections and flaws and find them endearing.
But...
Did he truly love you, despite always smiling and telling you he loves you?
What if you're not the damsel in distress that he truly needs to save?
What if he's just using you while waiting for her to come back?
Did he really love you?
