Moon Butterfly has long pale blue hair, light blue eyes, and magenta-colored diamonds on her cheeks. Moon also uses magenta pink lipstick. She stands at a height of 5' 7" (1.7 m). As of "Cleaved", Moon no longer has cheek marks.

Her heart-shaped hair might be modeled after Queen Elizabeth I of England, the last monarch of the Tudor dynasty.
