Operashion Black Rose was a large scale mass attack on the United States. This Operation had 3 parts, the first part was the launch of the MQB-2 a drone copy of the B-2 bomber. Then they had those attack points throughout Germany, and pro peace with the US homes.
The second part was the mass retaliation of missile striking every city on the continental United States. This single action crippled the US ability to counter attack JRIG to a full extent.
The third and final part of the whole Operation was the release of chemical X-936. This caused the animal to begin attacking people more commonly and also gave rise the to Reach.
