|5 weeks later|
Today you woke up and ran to the bathroom and threw up the first thing going through your mind is what if your pregnant? What if you and Tamaki aren't ready to have a kid yet? You both haven't even talked about it and now you could be pregnant?
You just lock the bathroom door and then search for a pregnancy test because you must have one somewhere
You found one and grabbed it and then took it and you were so nervous but then you scream when there was a knock on the door
"Y/n calm down it's just me." Tamaki says and you let out a sigh
"Sorry."
"It's ok but are you ok?" Tamaki asks and you didn't know what to say
"Can't really tell you if I don't know yet." You say which confused Tamaki what on earth would you have to tell him?
"Ok well then I'll wait for you to tell me." Tamaki says and you look down at the test to see two lines which meant positive and you just sit down and lean against the door
*I'm pregnant and how do I tell Tamaki? I'm so scared right now I know I shouldn't be but I am*
You walk out of the bathroom with the pregnancy test and walk over to Tamaki who was sitting on the bed
"Are you ok?" He asks and you sigh
"I'm pregnant Tamaki." You say showing him the test and he looked at you shocked
"Wait your pregnant really?" He asks and you nod you were scared right now you didn't know if Tamaki was happy about it or angry
He then smiles but notices you look kinda scared
"Don't be scared this is amazing news y/n we should tell the kids this." Tamaki says and you nod
*I don't really know why I was worried it was stupid of course he's gonna be happy about it and so will mystic and the twins hopefully*
