You were now around 4 months pregnant you were craving a lot of sweets and you were obviously moody but today you and Tamaki were going to the doctors for a check up and well you were kinda scared to go because the last time you went to a doctor Patrick died and you lost the baby you were carrying
"Y/n we can walk you'd feel more comfortable." Tamaki says and you shake your head
"No I'm fine I need to get over stuff and know it'll never happen again." You say and Tamaki nods and gives you a kiss
"It's ok nothing will happen I promise." Tamaki says and you nod
|At the doctors office|
As you and Tamaki were at the doctors appointment your mother was watching the twins and serenity
Right now you and Tamaki were in the doctors office waiting for the doctor as you were sitting on the table
"Tamaki are you nervous?" You ask and he nods
"I don't know why I am though I know everything is fine so why am I?"
"It's ok Tamaki I think everyone is always nervous with this every time it happens I've always been nervous every time I get pregnant I'm worried for the future usually." You say and Tamaki nods
The doctor walks in and talks to you and Tamaki for a bit as the doctor gets stuff ready
Once the doctor got everything ready the doctor put the gel on your stomach then moves the ultrasound device on your baby bump
"Oh congrats your having a......"
