I looked disgusted at the boys as they gave me looks like they wanted to um ya know. I hate being the only girl! I hate it! I walked to the Homestead and went up to my room.
Soon there was a knock on the door. Thomas peeked his head in.
"Hey Emma, Newt's looking for you" Thomas said and closed the door. I stood up and went outside. There stood Newt in the middle, zoned out. I snuck up behind him and..
"BOO!" I said. Newt jumped and covered his eyes, turning around
"Bloody hell! Gally I swear if that was you then-"
"Newt its not Gally" I said, and he uncovered his eyes.
"Oh hey Emma" Newt said, a little embarrassed.
"Hey Thomas said you were looking for me?"
"Um yeah, I actually need to ask you something" he said,shyly.
"Ask away" I said, as if I were some wish granting fairy.
"Listen Emma, ever since you came up in that box, I thought you were so beautiful. I have always liked you since then. (Y/N), will you be my girlfriend?" Newt confessed. I blushed and nodded. He smiled widely and smashed his lips onto mine. All the other Gladers were clapping and cheering.
We pulled away and I stared into his dark brown eyes. I never realized how handsome he was. Well he's mine so ha!!
