For the past a week now,mom and dad have always been on each other's neck, sometimes I blame mom because she was going too far
"Mimah, ain't you going to school?"I said tapping sleeping Samimah
"Leave me alone"she said sleepily and stirred
"When you were busy chatting last night how will you be able to wake up, it's already 7:00am and I am ready for school idiot"I said pulling her and she hits her butt on the floor
"Jamilah!!"she yelled
"7:00am"I said standing akimbo
"Oh my God,why didn't you wake me up earlier?"
"I'm your time keeper bah,get your ass up and get ready for school,God only knows the idiot you were chatting with last night that made you slept around 3:00 in the morning"I was annoyed
"Don't call him an idiot"she eyed me protesting
"An him?,wow! Anyways I will go and have my breakfast"I left without waiting for her reply
"Khadijah"I heard my uncle called his wife's name
Another morning fight
"Don't ever call my name again"she protested
"Please forgive me, I'm sorry for hurting you, it's not intentional,try and understand"
"Ahmad leave me alone, it's better we leave like strangers in this house"

"Oh it's very possible,as far as you can be with a woman for the past seventeen years and you still haven't develop an atom of love for her, it's very very possible"
"Khadijah what happened to you?,why did you change so much,you were always supportive back then,you don't care who my feelings belong to as far as we are together,why are you hurting me like this,I never thought a day like this could ever exist"my dad said with hurt laced over his words
"I am tired,I am so tired,I can't bare it anymore,I can't pretend to be okay when am not"she wiped away a lone tear
"I'm sorry"he tried to hug her but she pushed him away

My knees weakens immediately I heard my name

"What is it about her?"my dad asked
"Don't pretend Ahmad, don't you dare to pretend,you think I don't know she is your biological daughter,you brought her here,you dare brought her here after everything"
"I thought you liked her and moreover how do you know she is my biological daughter?"

"What took you so long to reveal your true colors,for your information Samimah and Jamilah are both my daughters and I'm not ready to exchange them for anything,you better keep your hatred to yourself and leave her alone"my dad almost yelled
Things is actually getting tougher,I was afraid,I wanted to leave but fight all my guts to wait and hear the rest of the conversation
