-Narcolepsy (They suffer from over exhaustion, and have to sleep almost twice the amount a normal person does) -Dermatographia (Idk how to explain this condition sooo here's a picture)

-Preeclampsia (Pregnancy-related high blood pressure disorder. My idea is that she'd be pregnant when you meet and she end up giving birth to a still born) -Tourette's syndrome -Xeroderma Pigmentosum or "Vampire Syndrome" (basically it's an extreme sensitivity to sunlight) -Congenital Insensitivity To Pain (the name of it, its an insensitivity to pain, someone with this condition could be bleeding and not realize it)
And also I need help again- you guys, if you want could come up with new ideas or although I don't really super imagine any of these characters with any of the previously mentioned conditions, you guys can suggest one of those to go with them
