good traits: no matter how long Ashton has known you, if he sees that you are in any kind of trouble he will always stick his neck out for you. he has always been a down to earth kind of guy and always the go-to friend for advice.
neutral traits: when he sets his mind to something he does it, that's why he is always chosen for things at work. he works hard and never stops until he is done.
bad traits: when he doesn't have a task at hand he can get distracted easily and is a generally ditzy person. he may not seem smart because of how his father raised him.
