Chapter 28

Third Person's POV

It was currently late evening.

Jungkook was walking down the street, finally stopping by the garden, where he first met Taehyung again.

He saw Taehyung sitting on a bench, with his back facing him.

He smiled, them walled towards Taehyung.

"Hey," he said.

"Hey," Taehyung greeted back.

Jungkook then sat right next to Taehyung.

He noticed that the night sky tonight was rather beautiful.

"It's beautiful," Taehyung said.

"Yeah," Jungkook said.

"So, why'd you call me out of a sudden?" he asked.

Taehyung kept his head low.

Jungkook didn't really know why.

"What happened, Tae?" he asked.

It took Taehyung a while before he speaks.

"Jeon Jungkook, do you love me?" Taehyung asked.

Jungkook sighed, then said.

"Of course, Tae,"

"Jeom Jungkook, do you really love me?" Taehyung asked again, sternly.

"Tae, of course I do, why would you think of that?"

"I'm serious!!" Taehyung yelled as he stood up.

"What happened, Tae?" Jungkook asked.

"Stop acting like you're dumb, Jungkook," Taehyung said.

Jungkook was confused.

"Taehyung, who have you been talking to recently?"

"It doesn't really matter right? What really matters was that you were hiding something from me, right?!" Taehyung said, his voice cracked a bit.

Jungkook just stood there, not saying a word.

"Tell me, Jungkook. If it wasn't true that you were engaged with another woman, you shouldn't be afraid, you could've just tell me you're not!!" Taehyung said as tears began to form in his eyes.

Jungkook couldn't say anything.

"Say something, Jungkook!!"

"I was, are you happy now?!" Jungkook yelled back.

Taehyung stared at Jungkook in disbelief.

"Please tell me you're not lying," Taehyung said.

Jungkook kept his eyes away from Taehyung.

"In order to keep the company on going, I have to marry someone powerful enough to do it," Jungkook lied.

"So am I just a play thing to you?!" Taehyung yelled.

"So what if you were?!" Jungkook yelled, he didn't even know that he wasn't controlling out of his anger.

There was only silence, then...

Slaps!!

Taehyung had slapped Jungkook.

"You're a fucking liar, Jeon Jungkook!! All those promises you've made, we're all only a lie!! I am also a lie to you, my whole life's a lie!!"

Jungkook was shocked to at himself.

"Wait Tae...I didn't mean it..."

"It's over, Jungkook!! Don't you ever appear in front of my sight again!!" Taehyung yelled as tears flowed down his cheeks as he ran, away form Jungkook.

Jungkook was so frustrated that he collapsed onto the ground, crying hardly.

He was so dumb.

He should have controlled his anger.

And Taehyung on the other hand, too cried as soon as he got home.

Locked inside his own room, crying to sleep.
