When I was human, I was asked to write songs for Boris the Wolf, most of which involved sheep. For instance, "Boris the wolf inSheep Song."
I suppose while singing said song during a certain sacrificial ritual, the pet-name stuck.
Besides... I happen to admire sheep. Such fascinating creatures.. Their wool, soft and welcoming like a warm blanket... their dependency on each other to survive... their playful personalities... their eyes, so full of a certain sense of innocence that mankind could only dream to possess... yes, I do believe sheep are noble animals, animals that one should be flattered to be denominated.
