*Nick's POV*

"That performance was amazing boys very well done!" Simon says

Me and my band mates just finished performing at the Teen Choice Pre-show. It is our first time performing as a band and I'm mad hype about how it went down. Right now we're about to get ready for the actual TCA's and then after we're gonna head to an after party.

*Skip to after the show*

Halsey is having an after party and I'm pretty stoked to go because I know theres gonna be maddddd people there. We get to the party and immediately I am greeted by Katy Perry... okay wtf. I look over and I see Zion talking to Liam Payne from One Direction. He's low-key fangirling right now he just wont show it. We all settle at a little table in the corner and we order some food   and drinks.

"Yo imma head to the bathroom real quick" I say to the rest of the guys as they nod

I grab my phone out of my pocket and look down at that as I walk to the bathroom. As I walk, I feel my phone fall out of my hand and look down to see napkins all on the floor.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention" I say seeing that I bumped into a waitress who was carrying drinks in one hand and napkins in the other

"No don't worry about it, sorry you dropped your phone" She says and shoots me a smile

"Dont apologize, I was the idiot on the phone" I say chuckling

I pick up the napkins and my phone and hand the napkins to the waitress.

"Thank you so much, have a nice night" She says shooting me another smile

"Of course, you too" I say analyzing her as she walks away

She is really gorgeous, I do have to say that. As I watched her walk away I notice what looks like a ring on the floor. I pick it up and figure that it must be the waitress that I bumped into. I put it in my pocket and head to the bathroom which was all I was trying to do in the first place. Once I finish, I walk back to my table looking for that waitress so I could give her the ring back.

"Yo dude. You good? What took so long" Zion says as all the guys turn

"nah im chill, i bumped into this waitress and she dropped her ring, I'm tryna find her" I say turning my head in different directions

"oooo was she cute?" Edwin asks

"Yeah she was... really cute" I say whispering the last part so the guys couldn't hear

"Hopefully we find her dude" Zion says patting my back

I nod my head knowing that we probably wont find her since there has to be at least 500 people in this place. The rest of the night I just decided to chill and meet some celebs that introduced themselves. I deadass must have met like 30 celebs... shit was crazy. I'm kinda bummed out that I didn't find that waitress because she's all that I could think about while I was at the party. I'm not the sappy type but when I looked her in the eye I felt something weird and I don't know how to describe it.

We all got back to the crib and I just chilled on the couch, scrolling on my phone

"ayo nick! did u ever find that girl?" Edwin asks

"nah man, no luck" I say bummed

"did u at least get her name?" Brandon asks

"um nope" I say

Nick why the fuck didn't you ask for her name... dumbass

"dude I have a good idea" Zion says

I give him a nod and he continues

"soooo why don't you just call back the restaurant tomorrow when they open and say a waitress dropped their ring and you have it. Maybe they'll give you her name orrrr... her number" Zion says wiggling his eyebrows as he finished his sentence

"yo! why is that such a good idea" I say getting some hope back

"I know, I know I'm great. oh stop hold ur applause" Zion laughs

I throw a pillow at Zion and we both laugh.

"you're gonna find her dude. dont worry" Zion says before going upstairs to bed

I really hope I find her...
