Dylan parks in front of my house. "You wanna stay over?" I ask. "Sure." He says. We get out and walk upstairs. I plop backwards on my bed and let out a big sigh. "Why is it so hard to talk to him?" I ask and look at Dylan who lays down next to me. He shrugs. "Em can I tell you something. I know it's probably too soon to mention this but just promise me one thing." He says looking into my eyes. "What?" I ask "promise me you'll be happy with him." He says. "Dylan, I'm not getting back together with him." I say sitting up. "Of course you are Em. Don't you see, you and him are meant to be! You can tell by the way you guys look at each other and the way you guys understand each other." He says. "Well I don't. I don't understand him right now." I say. "I know it's tough right now but give him time. He'll come around." He says sitting up with me. "Thanks Dylan." I say hugging him, he hugs me back tightly. But a notification from my phone breaks out hug. I get up and pick up my phone. - new message from Pay 💕 💍- I guess I never changed his name on my phone. I sit back down next to Dylan. "It's Payton" I say. "See what did I tell you." He says as he playfully pushes my arm. "Should I open it?" I ask biting my lip. "Well duh." He says. I open the message and see this.
Pay💕💍: 8:00 the park
"He wants me to meet him at the park?" I say "I guess. We have to dress you up and make him regret leaving you." Dylan says standing up. I look at him and laugh. "Don't laugh at me miss, now get uppp." He says pulling me up. We walk to my closet and start looking. "How about this" he says

"Perfect" I say. I get dressed and walk out of the bathroom with my makeup done. "Thank you so much Dylan." I say hugging him. "Em, promise me one thing." He whispers. "What?" I whisper back "Make sure he treats you better than I did." He says quietly. I stay silent for a few seconds. "I love you Dylan." I say. "I love you too." He says as he pulls away. "Now go get him." He says pushing me out of the door. "Ok ok!" I say laughing. "Bye dyl. I'll text you everything later." I say. "Ok byeeee." He says as he gets in his car and drives away. And I'm left alone walking towards the park.
