"Thirteen is a wise, well-mannered woman. As a rescue hero, Thirteen has displayed how passionate she is about saving people through her teachings. This is why she created her own training facility to train future heroes in search and rescue tactics. Thirteen has also been shown to be very brave. "I'm certain you're all aware my quirk is called Black Hole. Whatever material may get taken by the sudden vortex will turn to dust. It's perfect for removing wreckage and saving people injured from disaster." She explained
"However, it can be easily used to kill others. In a way, it's not so different from other quirks like all of you here. Our society of superhumans, quirks are strictly regulated, therefore please don't forget the powers you possess. One wrong move is all it takes to kill others." She finished with a now as the students gave a round of applause.
The Unforeseen Simulation Joint was idealized by the Pro Hero and teacher as a way to train students on how to act through disaster situations.
