"Your not dreaming, I am here." He approached her and gave her a soft kiss on her cheek. They were both sad he didn't kiss her in the mouth, but he was respecting the "friendship" he said he wanted to have.
"But you were supposed to come till next week?"
"Yeah, about that there is something I need to tell you."

"Let's sit down I got something to tell you" He said taking a deep breath
Both him and Sanem sat by the sea in the rocks both looking at each other, Sanem was very happy to see him, and so was he. But, he was scared because of what he needed to tell her.
Sanem noticed something was wrong with Can, and she asked him "What's wrong Can?"
Can took a deep breath and said "Do you remember I told you on the phone I was going to tell you something about Polen?"
"Yes" she responded with curiosity
"Your not going to like it, but you do need to tell you everything."
"Tamam" she took a deep breath
"Polen and I broke up 3 years ago, right?"
"Well, that's what I read, plus that's what you told me. So I guess you did. why?"
"Well... we kept seeing each other"
"For work, right?"
"NO, not really. That was the excuse." He was really regretting everything
"What do you mean, it was the excuse?" She was getting mad
"Whenever I had to go to england, I would always stop by London and the excuse was that I had to work because were friends with benefits" He hated himself by then
With tears in her eyes Sanem said, "Can, why didn't you say anything to me? Why did you do this to me? Why did you lie? You kissed me, you made me happy again, and now this? You sparked a feeling inside of me, that I have never felt, and now you tell me all of this? So it was true, the picture is true, this can't be happening to me? Did you even went to London for work or was it a pleasure trip? Why? Why me? First I have a maniac of a boss and now you, Can. YOU! I trusted you! I opened my heart to you!" Sanem got up and started to walk away
"Sanem, please listen to me! I need to explain everything to you. Please?" he got up and when he was going to run after her she turned around and said "Is that why you just wanted to be friends with me? At least I should be grateful with you, because you didn't ask me out, or else you would have had a girlfriend and a lover at the same time." she said clapping
"No, Sanem please." he said pleading
"Can, not now! Please, not now!" and she walked away crying.
Can just stayed there speechless, he couldn't explain a word, she didn't let him say anything, he turns around to look towards the sea and says "I should of just told her, that I ended up ended the relationship when I was in London, why am I an idiot! I'm a fucking idiot!" he said with his hands on his head.
Sanem got to her house, went to bed and cry. She couldn't believe what was happening, she couldn't believe that he lied to her. She finally drove herself to sleep. Can got to his house, threw his keys, and wallet on the table he was mad, he felt like an idiot. He decided to text her

He couldn't sleep, he went for a swim, he went for a run, another swim, worked out at the house, finally took a shower and spend the rest of the night looking at the stars lying on the grass. When he woke up, the sun was coming out, last time he looked at the time was 4:30 am. He stretched his arms and reach for his phone in his pocket to see if there was something from Sanem, but nothing. So he decided to text her again
<<Good morning, I hope you were able to think through out the night, and talk to me>>
Sanem woke up, and looked at her phone, read the text and put the phone in her on the table. She went to the bathroom and got ready for a very busy day she had. She was going down the stairs when her phone beeped again, another text from him, she read it and put the phone in her pocket. She kept walking towards the kitchen and started to think "I don't want to know anything about him, he lied to me and now I have to just keep moving forward. Today my article comes out, I want to have a copy of all my articles, I'm not pleased about this one, and I know I have it on the computer, but it doesn't matter if I want one from a magazine. So I am going to go to the other store which is about 15 blocks from here get the magazine, then I am going to help my parents with the store remodel. I'm very thankful the bank gave them the loan. It was a lot more money than what they needed, but hey at least we have more just in case of anything."
She had a breakfast, her parents woke up she said good morning, and left to buy the magazine. She got to the store, she is shocked to see what her eyes are seeing. She sees various copies of her magazine with Can and Polen on the front page, and there was another magazine with Can and Demet Özdemir As on the front page too. The title said "Can Divit, and his best friend's wife DEMET Özdemir Are LOVERS!" she held her tears in, went up to the counter paid for both magazines and ran to the rocks. She needed to cry, she needed to understand why he has lied to her. She had fallen for a guy who lied to her, she was so confused, and upset and so she decided to end what never had started. She grabbed her phone and took a picture of the two front page magazines, and send it to Can with a message that said "Don't ever contact me, I don't want to ever see you again!"
Can got up took another shower, eat breakfast and was sitting in the living room reading a book when his phone rang. He looked at it, and it was a message from Sanem. He had a smile on his face, he open the text and saw the pictures and the message, he yelled "FUCK!" getting up from his seat
"Abi, what happen?" Emre comes out of the kitchen
"Nothing!" he goes running to his room to get his wallet and car keys
"Can, something happen, please tell me? Emre follows him
"No nothing, everything is good. I have to go. When mom and dad arrive from there walk, tell them I said good morning, and that I will see them later. Love you, bye" He said as he ran out the door and into his car
Emre stood there speechless, "what must've happened that got him like that?" Emre said out loud as he waved goodbye to his brother. He knew his brother wasn't that kind of person, but there was nothing he could of done. Can was driving towards Sanem's home, when he came across a red light, he looked at the pictures again, and noticed the background, it was a rock. So he went to the rocks instead of her house. He got to the rocks, and saw her there sitting, with both magazines in her hands crying.
He walked up to her, slowly and when he reached her he said "I'm sorry!"
She turned around got up wiped her tears and said "you wanted me as a girlfriend, you have a lover which is my boss, and a "friend with benefit" which is Polen. I wonder how can we look at this. Let me think! Ohhh I know let's look at this like we were looking at an ice cream with three toppings. You are the cone, I am the bottom topping, what topping should we put I like a few topping, but I want one specific, Vanilla. I love vanilla topping, than let's add Polen lets see what don't I like, so many flavors that is hard to choose one" she puts her hands on her chin to think "Ohhh I know, chocolate. I hate Chocolate. And lets add Demet which one shall we give her, the topping of... strawberry. All three toppings on top of a cone, meaning all three of us on top of you, ohhh wait I forgot the cherry, so let's add a cherry, but what will the cherry be? Ummmm, let me think. Ohhhh I know, the cherrie will be all ...."
"I LOVE YOU!" He yelled at her. That's the cherry that I...LOVE...YOU!"
