Chapter 2

We walked to the car and I turned on the music Nobody Praying For Me by Seether came on and I started to sing along I finished the song and the car came to a stop "stay there I'll come and guide you" he said "ya cause I was going to go frolicking around with the skimpy cheerleaders and join the marching band" I muttered sarcastically to myself

I heard the door open I un-buckled my seatbelt and grabbed his arm and got out I didn't want to seem like a sissy so I put my arm over his shoulder instead we walked to what I assume is the office "Hello excuse me" my brother greeted "excuse me" he said a little louder I was getting annoyed so I did something about it "hey pay the fuck attention" I said loudly and sternly

"What?" A female voice snapped "ok that's it just go you obviously can't handle this job slut" a different pissed female voice said "how may I help you?" She asked nicely "schedule and locker for Jason Lupus and schedule and finger print lock please for Accalia Lupus" he said (a/n I don't think this is how it works but it's a story with spirit animals so don't judge) and I heard papers shuffling and I felt a hand raise my arm and I felt something drop in my hand and I put my finger in the cold pad and heard a click "I'm can we see the principal please?" He asked I assume she nodded cause he said "thank you"

and we were walking and I need him knock on the door I heard a faint "come in" and nodded he opened the door "hi um I was wondering if you could write a note so we can have our sunglasses on or something and I was also wondering if you got the notification about her dog" he said kinda nervously but firm "Rectus in piont huh?" (Translation Strait to the point huh in latin) I asked jokingly he chuckled   chuckled "what did she say and yes I was aware of your sisters animal and may I ask why you need the sunglasses?"a deep male voice said "she said strait to the point huh and the light sometimes causes her headaches and I have photophobia" he replied while I heard scratching of a pen and a shuffle of papers "thank you sir" he said "there's some late passes cause the bell will ring in a few seconds" he said "thanks" I said "no problem" he replied and we walked out

We walked to what I assume was our first class we walked "why are you late?" I heard a bitchy voice say "um we are new students and we were talking to the principal plus we have late passes miss" he said politely. "Quid, cum oblivionem parte ferreo canis exprimamus" (You forgot the bitch part) I mumbled to him he chuckled "please repeat what you said to the whole class miss and then you two can introduce yourselves" she said "you want to hear exactly what I said with no changes?" I asked "yes that is what I said" she said "Quid, cum oblivionem parte ferreo canis exprimamus" I said I got silence times like this I wish I could see J was laughing "um translate please" the teacher said I shook my head that was not part of the deal you asked exactly what I said and I answered so you can't ask me to translate which would be to much work anyways" I replied  "Bonum est Accalia" he said (good one Accalia) "gratias ago" I said (thanks) please tell us your names and something about yourselves and take off your sunglasses" the teacher said and we walked to the front of the room I'm guessing "I'm Jason Lupus I will not be taking off the sunglasses and here is a note stating we can keep them" he said "can you tell us something about yourself?" The teacher asked "I'm from England and if you come near my sister Kodi and I will kill you" he said I laughed

"Kodi wouldn't do it here and if I ask him not to he'll listen" I said chuckling a bit "go sit down please" the teacher said "no I'll stay till she's done" he argued he must have used his I'm not messing around look cause there were no more objections "fine introduce yourself" she sighed  "Hi, I'm Accalia Lupus and I'm obviously from England too" I said bored "can you please tell us something about yourself?" The teacher asked I was annoyed "you'll find out tomorrow" I said and J led me to a desk "sit" (sit) he said and I sat.

the teacher passed out books "stercore" I cursed (shit) "Quod liber est?" (What book is it) I asked in a panicked voice I could hear the smugness dripping from his voice "The Host"he said I sighed in relief then I got exited I have it practicality memorized "I love this book" I said "practically memorized it" I added talking to J "after we read this book it's by the same author any guesses?" The teacher asked "yes Accalia?" She asked "the Chemist?" I guessed I heard J chuckle along with the class "I wish you could see her face maybe I can dream it to you" he said he can sometimes do that but it hardly ever works "that's right actually have you ever read this book before?" She asked I was about to answer when I was rudely interrupted by my dearest brother

"Read it she has it practically memorized in fact I could prove it right now page 368 first two paragraphs" he said smugly I bet he's smirking too oh how I want to wipe it off his face I scored "do I have to?" I asked "I would like you to yes" the teacher said I sighed "The pulse thudded in my head as I ley awkwardly bent over the boxes, and for a moment, I saw strange lights pass in front of my eyes. "Coward!" Jamie screamed at Jared. "She wouldn't hurt you to save her own life! Why can't you leave her alone?" I recited "how do we know she didn't use the book?" Some kid asked

"I couldn't use it if I tried" I snapped "what do you mean?" He asked "you'll find out tomorrow I said annoyed the bell rang and the teacher said that she would make groups we walked up to her "you have to put us in a group so I can help her do what she needs to do and once they find out they can't comment"he demanded she agreed and we went to our next class math fuck the class started and a worksheet was passed out "great" I grumbled "can I see your paper?" Jace asked I nodded I heard the scratching of paper and pencil "there go ahead and listen to music" he said and I floated off into the music oblivion at times like this I really miss Kodi I miss him so much right now I felt a hand on my shoulder I jumped ready to punch I realized it was J I took my ear buds "time to go" he said "ok" I nodded and grabbed my bag and let him lead me
