Ciel kept his eyes closed as he talked quietly in order not to be heard by the ghost standing only a few feet away from us. "It's true he was the king, even if it was only for a few months. We can't change that." He opened his eyes and looked up at Sebastian with a slight nod. Sebastian seemed to understand what he was meaning as he said "understood my lord" After that he walked closer as the ghost ever so slightly tilted his head "what are all of you whispering about?" Sebastian bowed slightly "your majesty may I present the Tight Honorable Earl Ciel Phantomhive and Earl Y/n L/n"

I walked over to Edward and kneeled down on one knee bowing. I looked up at him slightly "please your majesty forgive our rudeness from earlier we were simply unaware you were here." Once I finished speaking I stood up. Edward glanced at us all and sighed "Very well I forgive you four. After all, I don't get many guests." Ciel suddenly walked over and gently placed a hand on my shoulder "I am not a guest, sire. My company now owns this castle" Edward nodded one of his hands moving to rest on his hip "Ah so you're it's new caretaker, then?"
"Not exactly. Allow me to speak plainly. I'd like you to vacate this castle."
Edward glared backing back up slightly right into Alton making him smirk down at me. I huffed 'if I could kick this bastard right now' I was thrown out of my thoughts when Alton nudged me slightly. I caught just enough of what Edward was saying to here "looks like my brother has taken a liking to your servant." He gestured to Sebastian. "He's my loyal servant Sebastian Michaelis."

Suddenly I noticed the little boy standing half behind a door at the back of the room holding a human skull and appeared to be talking to it but also Edward. "Our days would be so much fun if we had a butler, wouldn't they?" Edward looked back at him with a slight smile "indeed, he seems to be a very unusual butler. Both of them seem unusual so I imagine it would be interesting." I frowned slightly 'are they thinking of taking Alton too now?'

Again I was pulled out of my thoughts but this time I was being dragged by Alton to another room where a chess table was set up. I watched as Edward sat down and gestured me to take the seat across from hind I gulped a little and sat down across from him "if I win, the butlers will be mine. If you win the boy behind you may do what he likes with the castle." I gulp knowing I was horrible at chess. I was about to reject until I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked up at Ciel. He smiled at me softly and I looked back at Edward "alright it's a deal."

I lost in four rounds. How do you even lose in four rounds?!! He must have cheated "your majesty did you lie when you said you'd play fair?" Suddenly Edward started to glow blue and black and he glared at me as his hair started to float "I never lie. I hate lies! How dare you accuse me of lying!" Sebastian quickly butted in "your majesty?" Edward calmed down making me let out a tiny sigh of relief. "What is it butler?" He bowed and had a forced tiny smile "I believe lord L/n has forgotten how bad he was at this game" I looked at him angrily as Edward smiled slightly "well then it seems like our problem is resolved. Alright, Richard."

Richard appeared from behind Edward's chair smiling still holding the human skull tight in his grip as he smiled and quietly ran over to Sebastian gently grabbing onto his jacket's sleeve. Ciel looked away from Sebastian "I order you devote yourself entirely to their satisfaction." I was still a bit upset at Sebastian but I nodded with Ciel "Alton behave with utmost respect act just as Sebastian would. That's an order" Alton pouted "are you serious master?" I nod "I'm sure. I am the one who lost after all" Alton bowed "as you wish then master."

Edward looked up to the two butlers "then it's settled. Butlers like these won't die so easily. They should serve us for many years to come." Alton bowed slightly as did Sebastian as he talked "we shall try our best." Edward nodded "phantomhive I would like to try and play against you now. So you both shall stay here as guests." I tried not to tear up from losing Alton once again as I got up from the chair and bowed "we are honored to stay here sire."
