The alarm went off at seven o'clock, like any usual day I have classes. I'm in college to be a high school advanced math teacher. I know, I'm probably the most interesting person on the planet. Even though most people hate math, I, on the other hand, think it's the coolest thing ever and somewhat intriguing. I think I like math because everything has a solution. Wow, how cliche (but true).

I get up and head to the bathroom to release my bladder and to start getting ready for my "exciting" day. As I stared at my tired face, I notice my blonde hair has reached my waist so I should get it cut soon. After washing my face and eating some of my favorite cheerios (the honey nut kind), I brushed my teeth and went to go pick out what I was going to wear today. Once in a while I like to dress up a little. Today wasn't one of those days. I chose a t-shirt and my favorite skinny jeans, which were dark wash, paired with my black converse.

I decide I should probably see what my hair was doing. I head to the bathroom mirror, when I hear a knock on my door. Confused as to why there was someone knocking on my door at 7:34 in the morning, I open it. There stood a awkwardly smirking boy with bright red hair, who I'm pretty sure is my neighbor. I greet him with a puzzled hello. "Goodmorning, yesterday I found your mail in my mailbox," he said as me handed me a couple envelopes, most likely bills. "Thank you, I'm so sorry about that. Aren't you my neighbor?" He replies confidently with, "Yeah, my name is Michael Gordon Clifford, a.k.a. your next boyfriend. I am twenty years old and six foot one inches tall. By the way I'm single and made of pure hotness." I'm not sure what to say next, but I know he seems a little over the top.

"Very interesting," I say sarcastically. "I'm Lara Anastasia Vail, a.k.a. out of your league. I'm nineteen years old and five foot four. I'm also single, but have unrealistic expectations," as I slowly take the mail from Michael's hand and shut the door. He looked quite surprised from my answer.
