"We Should All Go Home."

Third Person P.O.V :

Parker ran through the street, following Rosabella, who didn't stop searching for a second, crying the whole time.

Parker : Rosabella, calm down. We'll find him. Don't worry.
Rosabella : Parker, I lost two of my brothers. I can't lose Colin too.
Parker stopped in front of her, and spoke.

Parker : Rosabella, why do you care about him so much ? I mean, beside the fact that's he's your cousin.
Rosabella sighed deeply.
Rosabella : Before I find out about Griff, mum and dad were always busy, and I had no one to play with at home, except Colin.

She sobbed, and continued.
Rosabella : He is like a little brother to me, I care about him. He reminded me of the family I don't have when mum and dad were at work, and after they died even ! I can't lose Colin, Parker. My life won't be the same.

He hugged her shoulders, soothing her sobs.
Parker : Don't worry, Rosabella. We'll find him.
She hugged him back.

A few minutes later Harper walked up to them.
Harper : I'm sorry, Rosabella. We couldn't find him. We have to call 911.
Parker turned to his girlfriend, sighing.
Parker : Do you want me to do it ?

She nodded, as Parker let out his phone and dialed 911.
Parker : Hello ? 911 ?..Well, I'm calling to report someone missing. His name is Colin Larson and we can't find him..ok, hurry up.

He hung up after, and glanced at Rosabella, who was staring at the ground. Her eyes teary.
Harper : We'll find him, Don't worry.
She hugged her comfortingly, and let go after a few seconds.

Rosabella faked a smile, then they searched the area once more.
But Rosabella was thinking.
Aunt Diana trusted me on her son, And he's now missing. What if they never trust me again ?

She let it out of her head, and continued searching.

Timeskip :

Female officer : We searched the whole area for 10-year-old Colin Larson and there's still nothing.
Rosabella's expression went cold.
Parker : so there's still hope, right ?

Male officer : unfortunately, we can't tell. But if we figured something out, we'll surely let you know.
The group nodded sadly as the officers left.
Dan : well, what do we do now ?

Ariana : we should figure something out, you know. Angela might be behind this.
Val : yeah, she needs someone to threaten us with. Like Colin.
Matthew : but will she kill him just to threaten us ?

Isaak : It's Angela. I think she will.
The group turned silenced, and stared at them. Then Rosabella.
Isaak understood, his eyes widened in reaction.
Isaak : Rosabella, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-

Rosabella : It's okay.
Matthew looked clueless, and careless.
Matthew : Why ? What did we say ?
He glanced at Rosabella, and it hit him.
Matthew : sorry, Rosabella. I just thought-

Rosabella : It's fine. But I should be going now.
She left without hearing an answer.
Cedar : Really ? Why did you two say that ?
Matthew : I'm sorry, but I was pointing out that it's possible, you know.

Cole : not in front of her, you shouldn't.
Isaak : fine.
They decided to change the subject, since it was uncomfortable to talk about.
Ariana : you know, we shouldn't leave Rosabella alone right now. It's hard to know that one of your relatives is missing.

Parker : yeah, but what do we do ?
Ariana sighed.
Ariana : I don't know.
Val : but shouldn't we all go home ? I'm kinda tired.
They all nodded, and went back to their houses.
