Bullying, sexual harassment, verbal abuse, attacks on schools and even school shootings, they're all different forms of violence students have a high chance of experiencing in their learning communities. They all have devastating impacts on children, adolescents and their families. Instead of providing a safe environment for students to learn and grow, schools become places children absolutely dread to go to, fearing they would get hurt again.
